             機車輪緣複合型固體潤滑棒材是一種以界麵潤滑原理取代油脂流體潤滑原理的新型高分子潤滑材料。具有簡單可靠、少維護,塗敷位置準確,成膜能力強,不受天氣的影響等特點。與油脂潤滑相比,附著力強、易成膜、抗極壓性強、長效性好,能夠減緩輪緣和輪軌磨耗,延長輪對和鋼軌的使用壽命,減少機車旋輪或更換輪對、輪箍的維修量,減輕了檢修人員的勞動強度,節約運輸成本。產品使用性能達到機車減緩磨耗的要求,可以代替進口產品及油脂。
            Composite solid lubrication rod is a new macromolecule lubrication material which works as boundary lubrication rather than grease and fluid lubrication. It has features of simple, reliable, low maintenance, accurate coating position, strong film-forming ability, unaffected by weather and so on.
